Data controller
The data controller is Ondina Studio, a SASU whose registered office is at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, email: info@ondinastudio.com. No data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed, as Ondina Studio is not required to designate one under the GDPR.
Data collected
This website has no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. When you write to us at the address indicated, we process the email address you use and the content of your message, together with any identity details you include. No “name” field is collected through the website.
Purposes
This data is used solely to handle and reply to your request and to keep a record of the correspondence. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal bases
The handling of contact requests is based, as applicable, on steps necessary prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) where the request relates to a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, or on Ondina Studio’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). The technical operation and security of the website are based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). No processing is currently based on consent: no newsletter is offered on this website.
Recipients and processors
Data is intended for authorised persons at Ondina Studio. It is processed on our behalf by Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace / Gmail) for email, and by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for website hosting. These providers may transfer data outside the European Union, in particular to the United States. Such transfers are framed by the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where it applies and, failing that or in addition, by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Article 46 GDPR).
Retention periods
Contact correspondence: 3 years from the last exchange. Technical logs required for the operation and security of the website: 12 months.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@ondinastudio.com. We reply within one month of receiving the request, extendable by two months in the case of a complex request, in accordance with Article 12 GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL). www.cnil.fr

As stated in the legal notice, this website uses only technical cookies required for it to function. No advertising, tracking or audience-measurement cookies are placed.
