Ondina Studio is a distribution company dedicated to contemporary Italian cinema in France. We accompany auteur films and distinctive voices, from acquisition to their encounter with audiences.
Our editorial line favours new talent, the gaze of women filmmakers, and works able to circulate imaginaries between Italy and France.
We build a catalogue thought for the long term, accompanying each film from its theatrical release through later windows of distribution and towards new audiences.
Around the films, Ondina also develops mediation and film education for young audiences, as well as events, encounters and cultural projects in partnership with cinemas and festivals.

This work draws in particular on our partnership with the Prix Palatine, a Franco-Italian film education programme that each year brings lycée students together around contemporary cinema.
